Training Objective

The training objectives of OTS are aimed at educating Officers by developing operational perspectives and building the capabilities in undertaking command and staff responsibilities. With these training philosophies in perspective, OTS has the following objectives:

1.     Training Objectives .

a.         To get each officer ready to serve on the BAF's several operational platforms.

b.         To impart technical and non-technical branch-specific professional knowledge to officers from various branches.

c.         To train all Officers of Engineering branch in the same platform irrespective of streams.

d.         To educate each Officers with Soft Skill Management.

e.         To motivate officers by disseminating senior officers' expertise and experience.

f.          To establish a professional base among officers from various branches in order to address current and upcoming difficulties.

g.         To train Officers of sister services and friendly foreign countries with knowledge and wisdom.
